Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by ALL-AMERHAMZA LTD (trading as AllAmerHamza), a company registered in Scotland (company number SC887593) with its registered office at 10 Avontoun Crescent, Linlithgow, United Kingdom, EH49 6JN (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided to give information about our ecommerce growth services and to let visitors request an audit, get in touch, or book a meeting. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent information, or using automated tools to scrape or spam our forms.

2. Enquiries, Audits, and Bookings Are Not a Contract for Services

Submitting the audit form, contact form, or a meeting request does not create a contract for paid services. Any engagement for marketplace management, advertising, development, or related services is governed by a separate proposal or agreement, which will set out scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables specific to that engagement.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Ecommerce performance depends on factors outside our control, including marketplace policies, platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and product/category dynamics. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, ranking, or advertising performance outcomes from any audit, consultation, or service.

4. Your Responsibilities

If you engage us for services, you are responsible for maintaining your own marketplace, advertising, and storefront accounts in good standing, providing accurate information, and complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform (such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, Temu, Target+, or Wayfair) that we help manage on your behalf.

5. Third-Party Services

Booking a meeting is handled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Your use of Calendly is subject to Calendly's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party platforms referenced or linked from this site.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including text, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of any deliverables produced under a paid engagement will be set out in the relevant service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via our Contact page.
